This part of the business is being set up to benefit the Thai families of  farang husbands as well as married expats living in and owning property in Thailand in a effort desire to make them more self sufficient as well as helping the communities where they are located.

 

                                               

 

The concept is extremely holidaymaker friendly as it offers customers to experience a vacation within a completely different culture, as against staying at a international class hotel in an international resort. The service has been created to fill a growing demand for real culture holidays that has been developing.

 

The idea is not new but relies on the enormous knowledge and resources at our disposal. Basically I want you to supply cultural immersion holidays. Offering holidaymakers the opportunity to experience the real Thai lifestyle, away from international standard hotels and seedy resorts. By using more than one base for this operation we can tailor make the right holiday at a reasonable cost.

 

We are looking for families who will accommodate tourists within a family community, with a view to possibly building a one bedroom / one toilet shower / one living room chalet style accommodation. This accommodation will provide a base on which to create a mini break of maybe three days to take the guests to the local attractions. A cultural holiday will be built up of two or more of these breaks.  

We are looking for this type of base in all areas ( safe ) in the country. I will need pictures, local information and details of the local places of interest in order to design pages to sell your individual mini-break. It is important that you undertake a health and safety investigation into your culture break and adhere to the conditions that we operate under.

 

What's in it for you ?    Self sufficiency for you and your in-laws as well as to create a better lifestyle with community building eco-tourism. It may also give you the opportunity in the future to have an income in Thailand, if you decide to retire there as well as a supply of English tourists, to keep you sane when the sound of Thai starts to drive you mad !   

 

 

 

What's in it for us?   Our interests are currently in operating this website that we hope will eventually provide advertising revenue. The cultural breaks offered will be a contract between the customer ( end user ) and yourselves. We currently have no plans to take a commission. The mini-break prices will be largely dictated by the individual operator and eventually by market forces. We encourage you to offer value for money cultural holidays that are individual and personal in order to provide repeat booking as well as word of mouth recommendations to our services.
